About the Role:

Your work will directly feed into our AI-driven matching, skill validation, and gamification systems—enabling a seamless, intelligent experience for our users.

Requirements

• Data Pipeline Development: Design and maintain data ingestion, storage, and transformation processes (batch and real-time) to support analytics and AI workflows.
• Data Quality & Governance: Implement best practices around data validation, security, and compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) for sensitive user information.
• Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Develop and refine analytical models to guide feature roadmaps, evaluate user behavior, and measure skill progression.
• Collaboration with AI & Engineering Teams: Partner with AI architects and software engineers to integrate clean, structured data for model training and inference.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize data pipelines for speed, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Experimentation & Insights: Use statistical analysis and data storytelling to surface insights for product, marketing, and business teams, shaping strategic decisions.

• Data Engineering Fundamentals: Proficiency with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake), and frameworks like Apache Airflow, Spark, or Kafka.
• Programming & Scripting Skills: Strong command of Python (preferred), SQL, and familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Data Science Acumen: Hands-on experience with machine learning techniques, statistical analysis, A/B testing, and libraries such as Pandas, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
• Cloud Services & Architecture: Comfortable deploying and managing workflows in cloud environments (GCP preferred, AWS or Azure also acceptable).
• Analytics & Visualization: Skilled at transforming complex datasets into clear, actionable insights (experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar a plus).
• Security & Compliance: Familiar with best practices and regulations for handling sensitive user data.

Salary:

• $145,000 - $160,000
