• Pay: Total stipend of $130,000 annually

Performance Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the school health office, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming environment for students.
• Perform regular student health screenings as required by law, such as vision, hearing, and tuberculosis testing.
• Assist medical inspectors during special examinations and ensure compliance with health-related policies.
• Maintain accurate health records and ensure confidentiality while complying with legal requirements.
• Manage medical conditions, illnesses, and injuries within the school, providing interventions as necessary.
• Implement educational programs to promote student health, and assist teachers with health-related instruction.
• Respond to medical emergencies and manage student care during health incidents, coordinating with local healthcare facilities if needed.
• Report health trends, such as communicable diseases, to the school administration, and follow up on health-related issues with parents.
• Collaborate with a variety of healthcare agencies and organizations to facilitate proper care for students.
