Resident Care Director at The Gables of Fitchburg

As the Resident Care Director, you will oversee the overall health care and wellness of the residents, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion and quality service.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care plans, managing the nursing staff, training team members, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will work closely with residents, families, and other health care professionals to promote a positive and supportive living environment.

• Current, unrestricted Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role in an assisted living or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to assisted living.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create and implement effective care plans and manage nursing staff.
• Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality resident care.
