[ref. f10395900] Cybersecurity Operations Lead
Overview:
Abile Group has an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Cybersecurity Operations Lead on a contract providing Network and Cybersecurity services supporting an Intelligence Community customer. All the personnel on the team will work together to support transport and cybersecurity information technology (IT) services on multiple networks and security domains, at multiple locations worldwide, inclusive of new facilities and building constructions to support the IC mission.
The right candidate will possess the below skills and qualifications and be ready to handle all responsibilities independently and professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Executes core duties as a SOC Analyst.
- Conducts shift turnover at the beginning and end of your shift.
- Ensures the Shift Activity Log is completed and sent.
- Ensures appropriate staffing coverage is maintained across the shift.
- Manages time-off requests.
- Supports the overall sustainment or up-time of each tool, maintains awareness of the operational status of production Cyber tools and data feeds. Notifies relevant stakeholders in the event a degradation of service is identified. This is to enable the reduction of Time-to-Recover (TTR) during TCS outages.
- Receives and actions communications or requests received via various mediums to include: in-person, email, chat, or phone.
- Reviews analysis and documentation for tickets opened by the shift for completeness and accuracy.
- Provides feedback for any missed actions or deficiencies observed.
Qualifications:
Clearance Required: TS/SCI with ability to obtain CI Poly within 6 months
Degree and Years of Experience: Bachelor's Degree with minimum 6 years of relevant experience. Additional years of experience may be substituted instead of a degree.
Required Certifications:
- DoD 8140.01 and DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II
- CSSP Analyst certifications
Desired Certifications:
- IAT Level III certifications
Desired Skills:
- Experience as a Lead.
- Good understanding of adversarial tactics and techniques as it applies to defensive cyber operations.
