Responsibilities- Performs full cycle recruiting
- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. Maintains HRIS records and compiles reports from the database. Troubleshoots HRIS issues and looks for system optimization. Provides training and direction to end users.
