Location: Penn Yan, NY and Geneva NY (Finger Lakes Region)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, repairs and operates all building support equipment and maintenance tools and equipment. Assists in the installation of facilities equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION:
Minimum: High School Education or equivalent
LICENSE:Minimum: Valid NYS driver's license clear of violations consistent with Health Network Policy
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:Minimum: CPI obtained within 90 days of hire.
WORK EXPERIENCE:Minimum: Two years in building operations and maintenance.
Preferred: Prior patient observation and|or security related experience; Healthcare
SKILLS:Minimum:
Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with the public in a professional and courteous manner, and to deal effectively with stressful situations.
Must be able to travel to multiple locations on any given day as requested.
