Maintenance Manager - Food Manufacturing
Salary $115,000 - $125,000 + Benefits + Bonus + Paid Relocation to the Northeast
Growing food manufacturing is seeking a proactive Maintenance Manager who can plan, direct and lead the efforts of the Maintenance Department to support plant equipment and facilities in world class working order. We need a leader who can technically evaluate the situations, find the optimum solution, prioritize the projects & tasks, and relay information using excellent communication skills.
As the Maintenance Manager, youll will be responsible for the maintenance & preventive maintenance program of production equipment and facilities. Working with Engineering, youll implement continuous improvements & CAPEX installations to reduce downtime. Other areas of accountability include: Manage the spare parts, maintenance supplies
Manage the scheduling of maintenance personnel & labor costsWork with other departments to schedule repairs of equipment
Coordinate the efficient operation of all facilities necessary to manage the distribution and usage of all utilities & reduce costs
Handle all yearly evaluations, attendance, vacations, and all disciplinary reviews of maintenance personnel
Ensure staff follows & supports all GMPs, regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
Develop, teach, lead and coach the maintenance group & increase their skills need to maintain all equipment and facilities.

Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Manager position: At least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing & facilities maintenance leadership position
Proficiency with PLCsSAP experience preferred, but not required.
