- Oversees lead and asbestos abatement contractors and air monitoring to ensure work is performed properly.
- May also include oversite of contractors performing operations that may generate airborne silica.
- Prepares asbestos abatement and lead placard documents and maintain record.
- The candidate may be directed to perform asbestos surveys
