Accounts Receivable Analyst

We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team in Decatur, Georgia. In this role, you will be tasked with handling customer credit applications, maintaining accurate records, and addressing customer inquiries. You will also be expected to monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records to ensure accuracy
• Address and resolve customer inquiries regarding their accounts
• Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate action as required
• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for daily tasks
• Manage CRM and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
• Oversee and manage all accounting functions
• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) duties
• Manage billing functions and ensure accuracy
• Monitor cash activity and make necessary adjustments. • Possess a minimum of 5 years experience in an Accounts Receivable role or similar.
• Proficient in using Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is a must.
• Familiarity with CRM and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Ability to utilize ERP Solutions effectively.
• Solid understanding of general accounting functions.
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP).
• Proven expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficient in performing billing functions.
• Demonstrated experience in managing cash activity.
