Jersey City - Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team with a focus on Collections & Refunds. This role combines debt collection, customer support and administrative tasks. You will be responsible for contacting clients to recover past due payments, processing refunds and assisting with general administrative duties in a fast-paced office environment.

We are looking for a high energy, can-do person who is fluent in English & Spanish and able to independently manage a number of different tasks promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts in Collections and work with internal systems and external collection agencies
• Contact clients by phone and email to collect payments on past due accounts
• Negotiate payment plans to settle debts and update account details
• Process refund checks and enter data into our online system
• Provide customer support via phone & email, and assist with general administrative tasks

Requirements

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in customer service required
• Experience in collections and data entry preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• Strong computer skills (Salesforce experience a plus; training provided)
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently

Details:

• Full-time, office-based role in Morganville, NJ
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Work Location: In person

• Pay: Up to $51,000.00 per year
