Job Summary

OfficeKEY is looking for a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage financial records, ensure timely processing of transactions, and provide insights through financial analysis.

This role will require a solid understanding of accounting principles and practices, proficiency with accounting software, and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and analysis for management.

Reconcile bank and investment accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Prepare and file annual tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Collaborate with external auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.

Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions and prepare supporting schedules for the financial statements.

Stay updated with accounting regulations and best practices.

Experience

Proven experience as an Accountant or similar role.

Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms) is preferred.

Understanding of accounting principles and procedures.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience.

Pay: $28.50 - $33.85 per hour
