As a Help Desk Analyst II, you will be instrumental in diagnosing and resolving complex hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and performing networking tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate hardware and software issues to maintain productivity
  • Manage and maintain user accounts, ensuring correct access and security
  • Carry out networking tasks, including the configuration and management of network devices
  • Offer support for C-suite executives, ensuring their tech needs are met promptly and efficiently

  • Leverage skills in Microsoft and Active Directory for daily operations
  • Stay up-to-date with advancements in Cisco and Citrix technologies to provide informed solutions. • Candidate must have proficiency in Android Development
  • Experience with Cisco Technologies is required
  • Knowledge and experience with Citrix Technologies is essential
  • Must be familiar with Mac Computers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft systems and software is required
  • Experience with Active Directory is necessary
  • Knowledge and experience with Apple Devices is required
  • Must have a good understanding of Computer Hardware
