Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data to uncover insights, develop predictive models, and help guide business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of machine learning techniques, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive and classification models.
  • Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
  • Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to define problems and determine data-driven solutions.
  • Continuously monitor model performance and refine models to ensure accuracy and scalability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in data science, with a strong portfolio of projects or applied work.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, etc.).
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, SciPy).
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in a relevant field.
  • Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
