Staff Structural Engineer - Bridges
Job Description:
Dewberry is seeking a Staff Structural - Bridge Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to work in our New York, NY office. The candidate will assist with bridge design (steel and concrete) and a variety of civil structures (retaining walls, foundations and other miscellaneous structures).Individual will help perform structural modeling and analysis, structural calculation, load ratings, and plans production. Individual may also conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting.

Required Skills & Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with focus in Structural Engineering required; MS preferred.
- 2+ years experience required
- EIT is preferred.
- Sound oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency using CADD (Microstation and/or AUTOCAD) preferred.
- Proficiency using Microsof Office required.
- Desire to work in a team enviornment.
- A clean driving record is required.

Salary Range:
The projected range for this position is $85,000 -$105,000 annually. Depending upon other factors, i.e., skills, experience, location, market conditions, the range may vary slightly.
