Responsibilities:

The temporary Server is responsible for taking customers' food and drink orders, serving food and beverages, preparing itemized checks, and accepting payments. Provides friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, generous, and attentive service in all areas, including the dining room, banquet areas, and pool.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve food & beverage orders in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Have full knowledge of beverage lists and menu items.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and service guidliines.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food.
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation of food.
  • Responsible for personal hygiene, grooming, and clean uniform.
  • Responsible for punctuality when reporting to work and clocking in ontime.
  • Seek out the supervisor, letting them know that you are prepared to work.
  • Clear tables during events.
  • Control guest checks and secure proper payments.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

pay = $10.00 hour + tips
