VP Analyst
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field, and ten (10) years of post-baccalaureate, progressive related work experience.
Must have ten (10) years of experience with/in:
Full customer lifecycle including tools and techniques such as buyer personas, adoption analytics, digital VOC, QA tools, and use of product and digital experience analytics; Tracking and analyzing vendor competitive activity and performance of market leading products and services including the enablement of CX with generative artificial Intelligence (AI); Regional business strategy development with demonstrated ability to distinguish trends, use cases and technology adoption across APAC markets as compared to the U.S.; Leading multi-client events including programs with volume attendees, including curating event themes, setting event tracks, coaching content developers and speakers, and executing;
Must have experience with/in:
Technology Product Management within global technology and service provider organizations with at least $250M in annual revenue; Managing the full lifecycle of technology products from product strategy and roadmap development through product launch and end-of-life, applying current product management practices and trends; and
Preparing and delivering high value research at on-site and virtual meetings, strategic off-sites, and company events within and amongst senior level executives.
Up to 20% domestic or international travel required.
