URBN IT Support Analyst
Role Summary:
URBN is seeking a driven, self-motivated candidate that will join the network operations team in managing, monitoring and servicing the users, infrastructure and applications that keep a large-scale global retail business powered. The successful candidate will work closely with the Technical Services and Operations teams in delivering 24x7 support across business offices, distribution/fulfillment centers, retail stores and restaurants globally.

- 10-hour shift (4 days)
- Wednesday to Saturday (days), 9AM - 7:30PM EST
Role Responsibilities:
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating alerts in managing our network infrastructure globally.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and escalating alerts in key applications and backend processing.
- System administration, creating users and managing groups in Active Directory.
- Network administration, managing switch port configuration changes on Cisco and Juniper switches.
- Assist in store broadband, network and wireless troubleshooting in retail locations.
- Assist in store broadband circuit installations and troubleshooting in retail locations.
- Support other department projects and initiatives as assigned.
Role Qualifications:
- Working Knowledge & understanding of Windows or MacOS
- Basic networking/troubleshooting knowledge including wireless networking
- Good communication skills and willingness to actively participate in peer communications.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
- Experience with Juniper EX switching is a plus.
- Experience with Cisco switching is a plus.
