As the key to crew performance, you will work with the team to efficiently complete the post-frame building projects while adhering to safety standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.This position works under the direction of the Foreman and plays a critical role in guiding the team to meet project specifications and deadlines, with a clear path to grow into a Team Lead and Foreman.
