Job Description

Hunting, Dearborn Division is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented Account Specialist to join our team in Fryeburg, ME. The Account Specialist will support the Sales Team by providing exceptional customer support throughout all areas of the department.

The Account Specialist will engage with customers to develop and maintain positive relationships and build lasting partnerships. The Account Specialist will be responsible for coordinating activities related to inquiries, producing sales results, service delivery support, and ensuring workflows are properly managed.

Responsibilities
  • Support Sales Manager and Sales Team as requested.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop & maintain positive partnerships with customers.
  • Coordinate all inquiry related activities.
  • Coordinate activities related to producing sales results.
  • Provide service delivery support.
  • Ensure workflows are properly managed.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of Customer Service or Account Management
  • Microsoft Office experience required
  • Experience in a similar industry highly preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Self-Directed and effective problem-solving skills
