TRAINING PROGRAM
Four Elements Restoration delivers the best restoration training program in the nation, developing fully capable, proficient representatives within 3 to 5 days. The training experience includes hands-on, on-line, and classroom training. Our team receives training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need to represent and assist homeowners through their claims.Prior experience is not necessary.
SALES ASSOCIATE DUTIES
The duties are the following but not limited to:
- Marketing/lead generation for new prospects.
- Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage.
- Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the claims process and sign restoration agreements.
- Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages.
- Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Establish and maintain best practices with the sales team and leadership.
- Proactively communicate internally with the Production team.
- Lead tracking software, updating client information daily.
- Comfortable dealing face to face with customers, professional and have a clean appearance.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, outgoing with an enthusiastic personality.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with little or no direction.
- Be willing to work as a member of a team in an environment where communication and collaboration are key to driving success.
- Prior customer service experience is encouraged.
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with CRM systems.
- No insurance, construction or exterior restoration experience is required; extensive training is provided.
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to get on a roof
Must be able to accommodate evening and Saturday appointments- Valid Driver's License, presentable transportation, own a smartphone and not be afraid of heights.
