We are seeking a Help Desk Analyst II to become a part of our team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be tasked with providing onsite support to our key clients across various sectors such as non-profit, financial, marketing, and technology.

This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity and requires efficiency, a strong in-person presence, and the capability to provide daily support to executive level personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless operation of Windows Server & Active Directory technologies (DNS, FSMO, DHCP)
  • Efficiently manage Microsoft solutions M365: OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, Team Office | Word, Excel, PowerPoint Admin Center
  • Handle Intune/Endpoint Manager operations: Join devices into Azure AD, create, modify, maintain configuration profiles, Conditional Access, Manage applications, Autopilot
  • Oversee Azure AD: Manage Users and Groups, Password resets, Authentication methods
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of virtualized technologies and a solid understanding of SAN technologies
  • Be knowledgeable about Firewall/Router/Switch/WAP (Configuration, maintenance & troubleshooting)
  • Troubleshoot in a Linux/Unix environment
  • Utilize your skills in Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Mac Computers, Microsoft, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, Deployments
  • Leverage your experience with project, client, and customer engagement
  • Exercise your proficient written, verbal and presentational communication skills to provide excellent customer service and solve analytical problems. • Proficiency in Android Development, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
  • Extensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies and the ability to maintain and manage related systems.
  • Familiarity with Citrix Technologies, with the capacity to provide support for this platform.
  • Experience using Mac Computers and providing technical assistance for Mac users.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft software, particularly Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing and troubleshooting Active Directory issues.
  • Ability to provide technical support for Apple Devices, including iPhones, iPads, and Mac computers.
  • In-depth knowledge of Computer Hardware, with the ability to diagnose and fix related issues.
  • Experience in Configuration Management, ensuring systems are updated and maintained properly.
  • Proven track record in managing Deployments, including planning, scheduling, and executing software installations and upgrades.
