Lead Systems Administrator

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Lead Systems Administrator in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role involves overseeing and managing fleet maintenance systems to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Responsibilities include:

• Leading and facilitating meetings related to systems and fleet maintenance
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from fleets to ensure preventive maintenance is effective
• Managing and updating pricing data related to fleet maintenance services
• Overseeing the input and management of fleet data within our systems
• Utilizing your SQL skills for system management and data analysis
• Applying your knowledge of Trimble and TMT systems to maximize system efficiency
• Leveraging your IT project management skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Utilizing your analyst relations skills to facilitate effective communication between different stakeholders
• Proficient in TMW software
• Strong knowledge and experience in IT project management
• Must hold a valid PMP Certification
• Experience in analyst relations is required
• Proficiency in SQL is necessary
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Understanding of system administration for various operating systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
