IT Business Analyst

We are in the process of hiring an IT Business Analyst to join our team in the Restaurants & Catering industry, located in Miami, Florida. As an IT Business Analyst, you'll act as a vital link between our stakeholders and software development team.
This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate communication and negotiation with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear and concise requirements for the software development team
- Utilize Agile Scrum methodologies to manage and deliver projects effectively
- Conduct thorough Business Process Functions analysis to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions
- Operate and manage POS - Point of Sale systems, ensuring smooth transactions and operations
- Lead discussions with the development team to ensure alignment on project scope and deliverables
- Monitor and maintain stakeholder expectations and requirements, adjusting as necessary throughout the project lifecycle
- Proficiency in Agile Scrum methodology is essential
- Extensive understanding of Business Process Functions required
- Solid experience in Business Analysis is a must
- Familiarity with POS - Point of Sale systems is necessary
- Proven ability in Gathering Requirements is crucial
