The position supports the Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain functions within a Class III Medical Device manufacturing environment. Will be working with Operations and Management Teams to effectively implement Engineering and Process changes to support project goals.

Position Description (Principle Duties and Responsibilities)

Assisting in the management of multiple engineering projects by prioritizing tasks and assigning team members to optimize resources and meet project deadlines.Evaluating and authorizing changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project.Leading engineering projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring performance aligns with project plans while identifying and resolving operational issues to minimize delays.Managing ongoing relationships with external contractors to ensure satisfactory service standards.Providing input on workstream business objectives.Building and tracking overall project timelines.Monitoring and mitigating overall project risks.Providing input for capital expenditure requests (CER) creation and submission.Tracking and managing workstream project expenses.Creating and maintaining a resource plan.Managing all project resources and prioritizing tasks effectively.Overseeing and ensuring accurate OnePPM inputs and reports.Setting up weekly meetings with vendors, tracking meeting minutes, and managing action items for individual processes.Identifying alternative solutions and approaches to overcoming project risks/issues while proactively communicating meaningful project measurements and KPIs per expectations.
