Project Manager - Portland

IES Commercial, Inc. - Commercial & Industrial Division, seeking Commercial Electrical Construction Project Manager to support Hi-Tech Campus in Hillsboro, OR.

• Oversees all aspects of electrical commercial projects from commencement to completion
• Manages projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to NEC, company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements
• Establishes project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy
• Represents company in project meetings and assists in labor negotiations, strategy meetings
• Manages financial aspects of contracts to protect company’s interest and simultaneously maintains good relationship with clients
• Travel as required

• Electrical Construction Management Degree and/or Electrical/wireman apprenticeship graduate or current/prior licensed Journeyman/Project-General Foreman with field experience
• 5 or more years’ experience as commercial electrical construction project manager with Hi-Tech electrical project management and estimating experience.
• Strong computer skills in all Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check.
