Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of ingredients according to recipes and production schedules.
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and dough sheeters
- Monitor baking processes to ensure products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards.
- Participate in shaping, molding, and decorating various baked goods, including bread, pastries.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet production targets efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management by accurately counting and recording ingredients and finished products.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute ideas for process improvement and innovation.
