Account Manager

Responsibilities of the Account Manager will include:-Develop and manage production schedules in collaboration with Project Managers updating systems -Handle estimates, invoices, POs, work orders, and requests.-Coordinate production and fabrication needs to meet deadlines.-Serve as the primary or secondary client contact.-Manage requirements and communicate between clients and internal teams.-Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant parties.-Oversee Kick-Off and Hand-Off Meetings to ensure project accuracy and execution.-Prevent delays and extra charges by ensuring deadlines are met.-Coordinate installation, dismantling, and logistical requirements.-Monitor and manage project budgets to meet or exceed forecasted profits.-Review and investigate invoice variances against proposals.-Regularly update the Account Executive on project status.
