Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting contract terms and conditions.
- Negotiating contracts with various parties while ensuring compliance with company policy and the law.
- Remaining current on federal and state regulations and industry trends.
- Maintaining and documenting all contract correspondences and the contractual agreement database.
- Providing contract-related support to other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the legal field.
- Thorough understanding of legal language and the ability to draft and analyze legal documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
