A Robert Half Management Resources client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Accounting Manager level Consultant to join our team, specializing in back reconciliations in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and Cash through the end of this year.
Utilize D365 ERP to manage and analyze financial data, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Compile, verify, and present financial reports for different departments, auditors, and senior management.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard assets and guarantee compliance with relevant regulations.
Demonstrate expertise in Excel to manage data and facilitate efficient reporting.
Work collaboratively with different departments to streamline processes, improve financial performance, and drive company growth.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting roles, with a focus on back reconciliations.
Proven ability to work with D365 ERP and Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and report financial data.
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of D365 ERP, a strong command of Excel, and sharp analytical skills. This engagement is hybrid in central San Diego-3 days on site (T/W/TH)
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed and comprehensive back reconciliations for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, and Cash to ensure accuracy and completeness....from last February to current.Utilize D365 ERP to manage and analyze financial data, promptly identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
Compile, verify, and present financial reports for different departments, auditors, and senior management.
Develop, implement, and monitor internal control systems to safeguard assets and guarantee compliance with relevant regulations.
Demonstrate expertise in Excel to manage data and facilitate efficient reporting.

Train and mentor account staff, increasing overall efficiency and ensuring adherence to the highest standards of financial management.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.A minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting roles, with a focus on back reconciliations.
Proven ability to work with D365 ERP and Advanced Excel to manage, analyze, and report financial data.
Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
