Wanted: Senior Roadway Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Roadway Engineer to lead innovative transportation design projects in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. This role offers opportunities to work on high-impact projects while mentoring junior engineers and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

**Lead complex roadway and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP) designs for highways, arterial roads, and local streets, adhering to DOT and jurisdictional standards.

**Develop detailed 3D roadway models using GEOPAK and Open Roads.

**Oversee project design from concept to completion, ensuring quality, schedule adherence, and budget alignment.

**Serve as Engineer-of-Record for major and minor transportation designs.

**Conduct constructability reviews, peer reviews, and verify compliance with design codes and specifications.

**Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external clients, subconsultants, and government agencies.

**Mentor junior engineers, provide training opportunities, and address knowledge gaps within the team.

**Support business development by building client relationships, contributing to proposals, and participating in marketing initiatives.
