Affordable Hearing Store Tipp City
Affordable Hearing Store is hiring a clerical/hearing aid specialist assistant in our Tipp City location The position if part time and will average 16 to 24 hours a week. Applicants would need to be available between 9am and 5pm. There will be more opportunities for more hours to help cover vacations, illness etc.
Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting our clients during check in, inventory, and training clients on how to clean and check their hearing aids and trouble-shooting complications. Also insurance verification, copying, scanning and any other tasks as needed.
Qualifications are Good telephone skills, reliable, ability to work with the public in a polite and non judgemental way, solid knowledge of Microsoft office word and excel, strong computer skills able to easily learn our medical system and be able to easily maneuver within those systems as well as the internet.

Minimal personal calls and texts while on the clock. A multi tasker. Pay $16.50 per hour with a 3 month evaluation and merit increase in 6 month based on company goals. (Affordable Hearing grows, you grow). No weekends and No Holidays. Employee training 3-4 weeks allows new staff member to be competent in their role.
