This role also requires the monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary action when needed.

• Handle the processing of customer credit applications in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Maintain precise records of customer credit.
• Carry out account reconciliations as required.
• Utilize accounting software systems to manage financial data.
• Ensure the accurate and timely management of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
• Conduct regular auditing activities to ensure financial compliance.
• Perform bank reconciliations to track company expenditures and revenues.
• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for various accounting functions.
• Assist in the month-end close procedures to ensure timely reporting.
• Operate within standard working hours of 7am to 4pm from Monday to Friday. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role or similar
• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
• Ability to manage Accounting Functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Auditing skills
• Experience with Bank Reconciliations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Knowledge of non-profit industry regulations and standards would be an advantage
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
