Job Summary:The Registered Nurse evaluates patients and assists physicians with care, planning and documenting nursing interventions based on patient needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and prioritize care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Perform therapeutic nursing interventions.
- Document care according to standards and patient acuity.
- Advocate for evidence-based practices.
- Provide patient-centered care.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent telemetry experience.
Education & Licensure:
- Required: ASN from an accredited nursing school.
- Preferred: BSN and Telemetry Certification.
Certifications:
- Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, NJ RN license or multi-state compact license.
