Overall Responsibility:

The HR Generalist is responsible for the coordination and execution of the onboarding workflow for all employees in the organization. As the assigned resource from the human resource department, the onboarding coordinator will facilitate, audit, and track various documents and enrollments throughout the onboarding process.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Manages all HRIS activity for the organization. (Onboarding, Terminations, E-Files, Status Changes, Etc.).
  • Tracks all new hire mandatory paperwork and ensures it is located in ADP employee docs. May need to work with leaders and employee health on paperwork needed.
  • Source verifies all clinical employees except Providers. Uploads in MedTrainer
  • Communicate, on a routine and scheduled basis, with the HR Coord and HR Director.
  • Assist all candidates in the completion of onboarding as needed to finish their enrollment/onboarding
  • Identify resolution to issues and take actions, Ensure all I-9 are completed on Day 1 with supporting documentation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Supports all HR initiatives and works closely with the HR Coord.
  • Builds rapport with new hires and help improve productivity by serving as a subject matter expert in the areas of HR practices.
  • Manage spreadsheets, checklists to ensure compliance throughout.
  • Other duties as assigned. This is a safety-sensitive position

Requirements

Skills and Attributes:

  • Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email and Microsoft Office.
  • General computer skills
  • Medical credentialing experience is preferred
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present and maintain a positive corporate image in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments

Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. College Degree Preferred
  • 5+ years of human resources experience is required
