Receptionist
Our client, a prominent law firm, is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Legal Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact within the firm, responsible for providing superior customer service, directing incoming calls, managing mail delivery, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
Job Responsibilities:- Greeting and welcoming clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls while providing information when needed.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers and distributing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Managing and scheduling appointments using a computerized system.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable reception area.
- Handling basic inquiries and requests from clients and staff.
- Performing basic administrative tasks such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- High school diploma is necessary; additional qualification in Office Management or relevant field will be a plus.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is an advantage.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance with a strong ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.
