Network System Engineer

Your expertise in a wide range of technologies, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, Cisco, Palo Alto, and VMware, will be integral to supporting our mission of achieving optimal efficiency and robust infrastructure security.

• Design, deploy, and maintain network and server infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. Leverage tools like Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, and Load Balancers to develop scalable and efficient network solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize the performance of network systems and servers. Configure and maintain server hardware and software to ensure maximum efficiency.
• Deploy and manage robust security measures such as firewalls, multi-factor authentication (MFA), encryption protocols, email security, and mobile device management (MDM) using platforms like Intune and Microsoft 365.
• Work with leading cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud for hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Manage virtualization tools, including VMware and Linux servers, to optimize resources and scalability.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for network configurations, cloud systems, process changes, hardware inventories, and disaster recovery plans.
• Design, implement, and test disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity. Identify and address risks in the IT infrastructure while developing solutions to resolve deployment challenges.
• Lead IT infrastructure transformation and digital modernization projects. Act as a key contributor to cloud migration, software upgrades, and encryption and security improvements.
• Develop automation scripts to optimize repetitive IT tasks such as server provisioning and configuration. Implement ITSM processes to enhance IT service delivery.
• Serve as a project manager for infrastructure upgrades and ongoing IT operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed within scope, timeline, and budget.

• Expertise in networking protocols and security tools, including Cisco, Palo Alto, and Meraki.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft products (Microsoft 365, Intune) and MDM solutions.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization tools, including VMware and Linux-based systems.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks and familiarity with network and cloud security principles.
• Ability to lead projects related to IT transformation and modernization.
• Background in email security tools, disaster recovery planning, and performance optimization.

• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, or CCNP.
• Experience with load balancing technologies, large-scale infrastructure upgrades, and automation scripting.
• Familiarity with key industries like financial services, government, healthcare, professional services, and technology.
