We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a BILINGUAL Office Assistant in the construction industry, located in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28216, United States. As an Office Assistant, you will be tasked with a range of duties, including clerical duties, billing functions, receptionist duties, and must be bilingual in Spanish & English.

All candidates must be available to start immediately as this is an urgent need.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls, providing comprehensive support and redirecting inquiries as necessary
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurate
  • Undertake clerical duties, including filing, handling mail, and preparing documents
  • Maintain customer credit records, ensuring all information is correct and current
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track, record, and organize customer data
  • Manage CRM system to maintain customer relationships and ensure efficient communication
  • Conduct billing functions, including issuing invoices and following up on payments
  • Carry out receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and managing appointments
  • Proficient in speaking Spanish
  • Skilled in various Computer Programs
  • Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software
  • Excellent communication skills for Answering Inbound Calls
  • Capable of performing Billing Functions effectively
  • Ability to handle various Clerical Duties
  • Accurate and efficient in Data Entry tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties in a similar role is preferred
