HR Coordinator

We are on the lookout for a meticulous HR Coordinator to join our team, located in Peachtree City, Georgia. The HR Coordinator will be in charge of managing various HR tasks, ranging from preboarding to talent acquisition projects, maintaining communication with new permanent staff, and ensuring accuracy in all HR-related documentation and processes.

• Accurately process preboarding requests including background checks and other relevant documentation
• Draft and dispatch offer letters using ADP
• Efficiently upload resumes sourced from LinkedIn into ADP
• Schedule phone screening sessions for the Talent Acquisition Team
• Communicate with new permanent staff prior to their start date
• Maintain and manage the Onboarding Spreadsheet and Open Requisition Report
• Regularly repost open positions using ADP
• Conduct a thorough review of New Permanent Staff Folders to ensure all information is correct
• Provide support for various Talent Acquisition Projects such as Interview Guide, Career Lab, and Career Expo
• Actively source for Territory Sales Managers.
• Proficiency in using ADP
• Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience with Ceridian and Dayforce software
• Knowledge of About Time management software
• Proven ability in auditing and conducting background checks
• Understanding of various benefit functions
• Excellent communication skills
