Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk. The role is focused on the accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications, maintaining customer records and resolving customer inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting account reconciliation to ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Processing customer credit applications with precision and efficiency.
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel to maintain and manage customer records.
• Regularly reviewing customer accounts and initiating appropriate action.
• Managing cash applications and cash collections effectively.
• Posting checks and managing deposits
• Handling billing procedures and ensuring accuracy.
• Being open to learning and continuously updating skills in accounts receivable.
• Ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner.
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential for this role.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• The candidate must have experience in Billing procedures.
• Familiarity with Cash Applications is mandatory.
• The role requires experience in Collections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• The candidate must be detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• The ability to work independently and within a team is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
