Job Description- Plan, direct, and manage all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure projects meet deadlines and financial goals.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, address issues promptly, and provide solutions to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to clients, senior management, and other key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors, managing procurement and ensuring cost control.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the NYC market.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
- Proven experience managing project schedules, budgets, and teams effectively.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
