Job Description
As a consultant you will be responsible for:
- Building relationships with companies (clients) in a given territory to partner together on hiring needs
- Prospecting and outreach to clients
- Negotiating commercial terms of business with clients
- Building a pipeline of candidates through various sources (LinkedIn, Indeed, CRM database etc.)
- Interviewing candidates and qualify them for job openings with clients
- Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates
- Managing the process with candidates from initial interview stages through offer stage and close of the sale

The Successful Applicant- At least 2+ years experience in corporate sales, client-facing, consultative, or business development related job
- Experience building relationships with clients/customers/stakeholders
- The ability to do outreach, negotiations, and closing deals with clients
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to prioritize, problem solve, and be consultative with your clients
