Staff Accountant

Randstad is partnering with a client in the Midlothian, Virginia area to fill a Staff Accountant position. The ideal candidate will be motivated, proactive, have a bachelor's degree, as well as experience with general ledger accounting, some financial analysis, account reconciliations, and month-end close duties.

salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate general ledger accounting and ensure timely reconciliations
Prepare detailed supporting schedules and account reconciliations
Assist with financial analysis, monthly closing process, and reporting
Prepare and file various tax returns (sales tax, personal property tax, etc.)
Other duties as assigned.
