Marketing Coordinator (4-Month Contract)
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a 4-month project. This role will be instrumental in supporting our marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of various campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Content Creation: Develop high-quality marketing content, such as blog posts, articles, and social media copy.
- Event Planning: Coordinate and manage marketing events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
- Marketing Collateral: Design and produce marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify trends and optimize strategies.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or communications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
