VP of Marketing (B2C)

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals. Identify market opportunities, set measurable goals, and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
• Department Ownership: Oversee all marketing efforts, from digital marketing to traditional advertising, SEO/SEM, Lead generation, and content creation. Lead the department with full ownership, ensuring all marketing functions drive results and growth.
• Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement innovative lead generation campaigns. Continuously refine the sales funnel to optimize lead conversion, ensuring maximum return on investment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives, driving company-wide success.
• Data-Driven Marketing Decisions: Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer engagement. Use these insights to make informed marketing decisions, optimizing campaigns and improving efficiency.
• Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Help build and develop the next generation of marketing leaders.
• Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the marketing budget effectively, ensuring resources are maximized to deliver impactful results.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in a senior marketing role, particularly in the residential home improvement or a related B2C industry.
• Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and lead generation.
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams.
• Data-driven decision-maker with a proven track record of delivering measurable results.
