Digital Marketing Specialist

We are in search of a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our clients team located in Troy, Michigan. The role involves overseeing the planning, management, and execution of marketing campaigns. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the alignment of all campaigns with our goals, providing a superior experience to both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of various marketing campaigns across most channels.
• Create compelling and targeted copy for all marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive and effective campaign strategies.
• Implement and manage marketing automation strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B testing for web copy to optimize content performance and user engagement.
• Continuously improve website performance, focusing on user experience and conversion rate optimization.
• Analyze leads generated from digital marketing efforts and assess the value added by these campaigns.
• Work with leadership to assess and allocate budgets for marketing materials and campaigns.
• Utilize skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, CRM, Database, Facebook Insights, Campaign Planning, Email Marketing, Text Marketing, On-site SEO, On-Page SEO, Web Optimization, Copywriting, Writing Skills, Digital Marketing.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Digital Marketing role
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience with CRM systems
• Ability to manage and analyze databases
• Familiarity with Facebook Insights
• Proven track record in Campaign Planning
• Experience in Email Marketing and Text Marketing
• Understanding of On-site SEO and On-Page SEO
• Knowledge of Web Optimization techniques
• Exceptional Copywriting and Writing Skills
• Broad knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing strategies and techniques.
