What youll do
Strong innovation, user centricity and creativity of consuming product sense (smart home/lighting is preferred) to drive innovative and competitive portfolio in line with the companys business goals.Conduct market research, competitor analysis and user insights to identify opportunities and trends.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization. Set product roadmaps and prioritize features based on user needs and business impact.
Cross-functional teams communication and influencing skill including engineering, design, marketing, sales and supply chain to deliver high-competitive products.
Mentor and develop a team of product managers and analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Your qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, design or engineering.Several years of experience in product management and strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of product development methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to make data-driven decisions.
Preferable for understanding of smart lighting relevant industry and market trends. Familiarity with emerging technologies, their potential applications and main ecosystem, e.g. Mijia.
