We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional individual to fill the role of a Temporary Corporate Receptionist at our West Covina office. This individual will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will provide administrative support across the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Be the primary point of contact for our office, attend to visitors, and handle inquiries on the phone and face to face.
2. Manage all company correspondence such as sorting and distributing mail.
3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
4. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
5. Keep reception area organized and presentable with necessary material (pens, forms, paper, etc.).
6. Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
7. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
8. Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role is preferred.
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Professional attitude and appearance.
11. Solid written and verbal communication skills.
12. Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
13. Excellent organizational skills.
14. Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
15. High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
