Responsibilities:
Formulate and manages programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs.Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING- Bachelor’s Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Master’s Degree preferred
- At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required
- Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.
- Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standards.
- Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required.
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,760.00 to $136,489.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
