Pay range: $90,000 to $100,000 per year

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and Inspire: Manage a dedicated team of Call Center Representatives, fostering collaboration and excellence.
  • Drive Performance: Set and achieve KPIs, analyze metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Develop processes that elevate service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and create programs to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Innovate: Utilize cutting-edge technologies and best practices to optimize call center operations.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Note: This role requires the candidate to be located in Sacramento, CA as it is an in-person role. The candidate must be willing to roll up their sleeves. We offer a competitive salary.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting working on a computer.

Must be able to lift 15 pounds at a time.
