Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable project coordinator to support a dynamic, high-focus environment. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to manage various technical and administrative tasks.The candidate will play a key role in representing the team to external stakeholders, must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Compose, review, and edit emails to ensure they are professional, clear, and well-crafted, with attention to detail. Communications will be sent to DoD and IC components.
- Must be available to work onsite in Springfield, VA, and occasionally travel to meet with DoD, IC agencies, and attend relevant conferences or events.
- Lead and facilitate meetings as needed, sometimes serving as the primary speaker. Take detailed meeting minutes and track action items as necessary.
- Write and deliver documents as directed, with the ability to shift focus quickly to handle changes in priorities or topics.
- Prepare and distribute after-action notes from meetings, ensuring that they are clear and actionable.
- Work effectively in a dynamic environment with minimal downtime, adapting to rapidly changing priorities. While a deep security background is not required, the candidate should have a basic technical understanding and be tech-literate.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft professional, clear, and concise emails.
- Ability to lead meetings, manage minutes, and track action items.
- Tech-literate with an understanding of relevant technical concepts.
- Ability to handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with or willingness to travel for meetings and conferences.
- A background in cyber security
- Must be available to work onsite in Springfield, VA.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience interacting with DoD or IC agencies.
- Comfort in public speaking or presenting at conferences.
